SSO Implementation

Consumer Gmail Blocking

Active Directory Sync

We offer Single Sign-On (SSO) service to customers using Google Apps for Work, Education, or ISPs. SSO for Google Apps simplifies user management by integrating it with Microsoft Active Directory and other LDAP Servers. SSO helps to protect a user’s account from unauthorized access beyond predefined network. Even if a password is cracked, guessed, or stolen, an attacker can’t sign in. SSO eliminates the need for users to remember multiple usernames and passwords and allows your organizations to centrally manage password policies. SSO implementation is easy and needs no hardware installation.

For organizations on Google Apps for Work, with a strong Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) policy, might have a need to block consumer Gmail while allowing Google Apps for Work. For them, we offer Consumer Gmail Blocking solution.
Consumer Gmail blocking can be performed with GControl (need to add link) from our partner CloudCodes or with following proxy Firewalls:

  • Bluecoat
  • McAfee
  • iFilter
  • Fortigate Firewall (SRS: Firmware Version FortiOS 4.0 MR3 or above)

For large enterprises, it is a time consuming exercise to provision users manually on Google Apps for Work.

If an organization has an updated Active Directory or LDAP, we can provision users from the AD to Google Apps with all rich profile attributes. In addition, Shared Contacts, Calendar Resources, like rooms and projectors, can be synchronized from your LDAP directory with Google Apps for Work.
